Medical Inflation Reality: During that identical 3-year span, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that medical care inflation hovered between 3.4% and 4.6% annually, far below the triple-digit claim.

We certainly need transparency in pricing/costs/etc. That was something the High Deductible plans promised but never delivered.

Looking at the link, it appears to be a typo and it meant 1998 to 2021 not 2001.
